Selling At Vintage Fairs

I have been selling vintage linens and collectibles online on and off for over ten years.  As I've said before, I really love vintage and enjoy selling online.  I've met many people who share my love for vintage through Etsy, Twitter and Facebook.  I was recently asked by one of my cyber acquaintances if I would like to participate in their weekend vintage bazaar.

I've never sold anywhere other than online and this is something that I had never really considered before.  But after I checked out the website I became very interested.  This looked like something that could be a lot of fun.  To actually come face to face with your customers and for them to be able to see and handle your linens and collectibles rather than just viewing a picture would bring selling to another dimension.  To come together with other vintage lovers and talented artists would bring selling to a more personal level.

But I don't have a clue about selling at a bazaar or fair.  How do you set up and display your things,  how much do you bring, do you need to set up signs and displays?  Do I need to have business cards to pass out?  I would really like to try out this new venue but am not quite sure how to begin.

I know there are many of you that have done this countless times.  I would really love to hear any suggestions or tips you could offer or if you have a story about your experiences selling at fairs.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
